Welcome to VB Samba
About VB Samba
VB Samba are a community Samba Drumming band based in Newport and Chepstow.
Since we were established in 2015 in Chepstow, we have performed at over 70 events, many of which were local community events.
Samba is Afro-Brazilian music,  Samba’s origins lie in the dances and religious practices of the West African slaves that were brought to Brazil during Portuguese colonisation in the 1500’s.
